This policy covers this website, conquestautorepair.com. We keep it short because this site is simple: it tells you about the shop and gives you our phone number. It does not ask you for personal information.
What we collect on this website
No forms, no accounts, no sign-ups. There is nothing on this site for you to fill out, so we do not collect your name, phone number, email address, or vehicle information through it. If you want to reach us, you call the shop or come by.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when a page loads, such as the type of device and browser used and the general region a visit came from. This is used to keep the site running and secure. It is not tied to your name and we do not use it to identify you.
When you call us
If you call the shop, we take down what we need to help you with your vehicle: your name, a callback number, the year, make and model, and what the car is doing. We use that to do the work and to reach you about it. That is all.
Calls to the shop may be answered by an automated phone assistant. When that happens, the call is recorded and turned into a written transcript, so the shop has an accurate record of what you asked for, and the details you give are passed along so we can call you back. Those recordings and transcripts are held by us and by the company whose software runs the assistant. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.
If you would rather talk to a person, just say so and we will get you to one. You are also always welcome to come by the shop and we will take care of you at the counter.
Things we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it with anyone except what is needed to repair your vehicle, such as ordering a part.
- We do not send marketing texts or emails from this website.
Other websites
This site links to Google Maps for directions, and Google's own privacy policy applies when you use it. Some other websites and directories list our shop without our involvement. We do not control those and this policy does not cover them.
